One taught her to love, one taught her to be patient, one taught her to be in pain, and now she’s incredible… and you’re married?
Ariana Grande married Dalton Gomez in secret, although the singer dated a slew of guys before settling down.
Grande doesn’t seem to have a type, dating rappers like Big Sean and Mac Miller and seeing comic Pete Davidson.
We have compiled a comprehensive list of Grande’s past relationships, from flings and fiancés to boyfriends and her spouse.
1. Graham Phillips
Grande’s first love was actor Graham Phillips from “Riverdale.”
In 2008, the two met on the production of “13: The Musical” and instantly fell in love.
They co-wrote a song called “Stick Around” as their romance progressed.
Their love waned with time, and they called it quits in 2011.
Fortunately, the two are still friends, and they even met with their former “13” castmates over dinner in July 2016.
2. Jai Brooks
Grande rekindled her romance with MTV actor Jai Brooks over a year after her breakup with Phillips.
After meeting on Twitter in August 2012, the pair began dating. Brooks accused the singer of cheating on him on Twitter in 2013, and things looked to be heating up between the two.
“I was duped, yes.” “Yes, it sucks,” he posted at the time on social media, adding, “Yes, I was abandoned for another man.”
3. Nathan Sykes
The “7 Rings” singer bounced back from Brooks with Nathan Sykes, an English singer.
They started dating in 2013 and collaborated on the song “Almost Is Never Enough.”
Grande was vocal about her admiration for Sykes, who was a member of the band The Wanted, and even raved about his skills in an interview with Access Hollywood that year, stating, “He’s the kindest.” He’s incredible. He is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing voices I’ve ever heard. And he’s like, spot on all the time, live.”
However, the artists’ relationship was short-lived, and they split up four months later.
4. Big Sean
In October 2014, the former “Victorious” actress began dating rapper Big Sean after wasting little time in finding a new boyfriend.
After the two were seen smooching after a screening of “The Purge: Anarchy” at The Grove in Los Angeles, rumors about their relationship began to circulate.
The duo collaborated on a number of songs, including “Best Mistake,” and made numerous public appearances.
However, after nearly nine months of dating, she and Big Sean called it quits.
5. Ricky Alvarez
Following her breakup with Big Sean, the pop diva had a brief relationship with her backup dancer Ricky Alvarez.
Grande and Alvarez began dating in the summer of 2015 after Grande was famously captured on tape eating a doughnut and declaring her hatred for the United States.
They split up after only two months of dating, yet he had a significant effect on the singer’s life.
6. Pete Davidson
Grande’s romance with Pete Davidson appears to have moved more quickly than any of her previous partnerships.
Following Miller’s death, the pair began dating and formally announced their relationship at the end of May 2018. The “Saturday Night Live” star was just out of a relationship with Cazzie David at the time.
The pair decided to totally commit to one other and got engaged after only a few weeks of casual dating.
But, almost as fast as things started, they came to an end.
7. Dalton Gomez
When they were seen openly making out at a bar in February 2020, the singer began dating Dalton Gomez.
Grande then confirmed their connection in the music video for her song “Stuck With U,” which she co-wrote with Justin Bieber.
The pair made a hasty decision and announced their engagement in December 2020. Gomez proposed to Grande with an engagement ring that featured one of Grande’s grandmother’s pearls as well as a large diamond.
Five months later, she and Gomez married secretly at home in an “intimate” ceremony.
