Following her fiance Sam Asghari’s comments about films on her life leaving a terrible taste in her mouth, Britney Spears took to Instagram to react to a new documentary about her, likely the New York Times’ Controlling Britney Spears.
Britney shared her reaction to the film on Instagram, claiming that “a lot of stuff in the video seemed to be fake,” adding, “I must say I scratched my head a few of times.” Britney Spears took to Instagram to share a video of herself dressed in white and staring directly at the camera. “It’s pretty crazy guys…” she said in a long caption. “I saw a small portion of the last documentary.
I’ll admit that I scratched my head a few times. I aim to keep as far away from drama as possible!!! To begin with…that was back then!!! Second, could the dialogue be any more refined? Number three… wow, they used some of the most gorgeous footage of me ever!”
“What can I say…their EFFORT.” Britney’s reaction to a documentary about her isn’t the first time she’s done so. She had previously stated that she had viewed portions of Framing Britney and had cried for two weeks following her viewing.
“The light they put me in embarrassed me,” she stated. Asghari, Britney’s fiance, recently spoke out about films about the singer’s life and conservatorship dispute.
