Jimin was born on October 13, 1995, in the Geumjeong District of Busan, South Korea. His immediate family consists of his mother, father, and younger brother. During his younger years, he attended Hodong Elementary School and Yonsgan Middle School, both located in Busan. He studied popping and locking dance while in middle school, at the Just Dance Academy. Jimin excelled in modern dance as a student division at Busan High School of Arts, before becoming a trainee, he studied contemporary dance. An instructor suggested he audition for an entertainment company, and that’s how he discovered Big Hit Entertainment. He transferred to Korean Arts High School in 2012 after passing the auditions, and he graduated in 2014 from there. In August 2020, Jimin graduated with a degree in Broadcasting and Entertainment from Global Cyber University. In 2021, he is planning to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Advertising and Media at Hanyang Cyber University.
When the song “No More Dream” was released on June 13, 2013, Jimin officially joined BTS. Jimin performs both dancing and vocals for the ensemble. He has three solo songs under BTS: “Lie,” “Serendipity,” and “Filter.” The song “Lie” was made available in 2016 as a part of Wings, the group’s second Korean studio album. It was characterized as magnificent and dramatic, expressing melancholy undertones and feelings that aided in reflecting the album’s entire concept. On the other hand, “Serendipity,” from the extended play (EP) Love Yourself: Her (2017), was Gentle and sensual, revealing the joy, conviction, and wonder of love. The song “Filter” from Map of the Soul: 7, the group’s 2020 studio album, was very different from the group’s previous effort. It had a distinct Latin pop flair and lyrics that discussed the various sides of Jimin that he presents to others and to the world.
Online groups have recently begun discussing images of BTS Jimin’s outfits and contrasting them to boyfriend looks that women want to put their own guys in. In the published photographs, Jimin can be seen wearing casual clothes that appear stylish while not being very colorful or “blinged up.” The one thing all of Jimin’s costumes have in common is that they all appear to be cozy. However, Jimin occasionally adds extra swagger to his attire by including vibrant hues like red, green, or blue. Jimin’s proportions, which give him a small face and a lengthy physique, maybe the reason he can look so well in such basic clothing.
As a result, a lot of online users have been praising these pictures for Jimin’s carefree appearance and hoping that their boyfriends dressed similarly.
