The countdown to the Bangtan Boys’ debut concert in 2022 has begun, and BTS ARMYs all around the world are waiting with baited breath. BTS Permission to Dance on Stage – Seoul will take place today in the South Korean capital, and the members of the band are just as enthusiastic as their ARMYs. BTS members tweeted a selca (selfie) including the septet — RM, Jin, Jungkook, V, Jimin, J-Hope, and Suga – just a few hours before the event.
RM (actual name Kim Namjoon) has dyed his hair blonde, according to the OT7 selfie. A day before the concert, the rapper teased ARMYS about his new hair colour by tweeting a selca. The photo shows RM wearing a beanie over his head, with only a sliver of his sideburns visible. The indication was enough for the ARMYs to be enthralled by his new hair colour.
“D-Day!!” the boys said as they shared the photo with the hashtag #PTD_ON_STAGE_SEOUL.
A day before, RM had posted a selca spoiling his new hair colour for the ARMYs.
To surprise their fans, BTS members frequently reveal new hair colours and creative looks during their concerts. Junkook and Jung Hoseok (J-Hope) let their hair down in the OT7 selca. We’ll have to wait till the big show to see if they’ve got any new hair colours to show off.
Meanwhile, Day 1 soundcheck is complete, and J-Hope shared a few photos from it on Instagram Stories. He shared videos of the boys scaling the platform and welcoming the crowds assembled for soundcheck. The soundcheck is normally open to a small crowd as the boys warm up for the major event.
Before the show, Hobi shared his traditional ‘See you soon’ selfie.
Permission to Dance on Stage – Seoul features 21st-century pop icons on March 10, 12, and 13. The concert will be broadcast live online and will take place at the Seoul Olympic Stadium in front of a live crowd. This is the band’s first live performance in Korea in nearly 2.5 years, following their BTS WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ [THE FINAL] at the same arena in October 2019.
On March 10 and 13, an online live feed will be available. The concert will be shown live in cinemas throughout the world on March 12 as part of a ‘Live Viewing’ event.
