The song list for J-solo Hope’s album, “Jack In The Box,” has been made public. The BTS member will release his first album on Friday, July 15, marking the first of the K-pop boys to do so. In a teaser video on YouTube, he revealed the album’s tracklist, listing his tracks as abstract 3D images.
As per the clip, J-Hope’s new album will have 10 songs as listed below.
‘Intro’
‘Pandora’s Box’
‘More’
‘Stop’
‘= (Equal Sign)’
‘Music Box: Reflection’
‘What if…’
‘Safety Zone’
‘Future’
‘Arson’
The artist released the “More” music video earlier this month. The surreal opening scene shows the K-pop star receiving a mystery, unmarked parcel that, when opened, takes him to an odd world. Suddenly, his apartment is connected to what appears to be a dystopian workplace, which the rapper quickly takes over.
Later, he changed into an all-white ensemble and performed the chorus of the song in what appeared to be a crumbling garage. And then he sings, “Hah, shout out / I say ‘more’ / Hah, yeah, right / ‘Cause I want some more”. According to a Big Hit Music press release ‘More’ is the album which will help J-Hope to rise and expand further.
The information was released soon after BTS declared a temporary sabbatical from group activities to concentrate on solo projects. Big Hit Music has since amended the claims, claiming that the boys would “harmoniously continue out their group and individual activities” and that there won’t be a “hiatus.”
