DaBaby Was Involved In Several Controversial Incidents, Take A Look

Take A Look At DaBaby's Role In Several Controversial Situations.

After making multiple homophobic and sexist remarks during a performance at Rolling Loud Miami, DaBaby continues to make news.

“What I said was inappropriate even though I had no intention of upsetting anyone,” the rapper said on Twitter after the incident. However, his words and actions in the aftermath of the performance have already had a number of ramifications. He’s been booted from a number of festival lineups and has lost commercial relationships, and it doesn’t appear that this will change anytime soon.

DaBaby performed on the Ciroc Stage on the penultimate day of Rolling Loud Miami, shocking fans. He was first chastised for bringing out Tory Lanez to perform their new single “SKAT” just after Megan Thee Stallion had exited the stage. (Megan accused Tory of shooting her in the feet in 2020.) DaBaby and Meg recently had a Twitter spat following DaBaby and Lanez’s cooperation.

Following the guest appearance, DaBaby was stunned once more for making homophobic remarks in the middle of songs. “Put your mobile phone lighter up if you didn’t arrive up today with HIV, AIDS, or any of the other dreadful sexually transmitted illnesses that will kill you in two to three weeks,” he informed guests. “If your pussy smells like water, fire up your mobile phone lighter, ladies. Put your mobile phone lighter up, if you ain’t sucking dick in the parking lot.” Clips from the Rolling Loud broadcast rapidly went viral on social media, drawing considerable condemnation from fans and celebrities including Dua Lipa, Elton John, and Questlove.
