Did You Know Red Velvet’s Dancing Queen Joy Was Once Underconfident About Her Dancing Skills?

Check out how Joy of Red Velvet overcame her underconfidence related to dancing and turned that into her strength.

Red Velvet is a South Korean ‘all girl’ group formed and managed by SM Entertainment. The group ‘Red Velvet’ made their official debut in August 2014 with their single “Happiness.” The group was originally formed with four members namely Irene, Joy, Seulgi, and Wendy. Later after some time at the beginning of 2015, Yeri joined the Red Velvet band.

Red Velvet has already received many accolades and has created its place in Korean culture. They are slowly and steadily creating their impact on World Music also. They are creating their fan base all over the place.

Talking about Joy, she is the lead rapper and vocalist in the Red Velvet. Along with a good voice and good singer, she is also a great actress. She has also appeared in numerous films and television shows. She has attracted her fans through her beautiful looks and fashion. But one thing that has created an impact on audiences is her dancing.

She was initially lacking confidence in dancing when she first auditioned for SM Entertainment. She recently appeared on Park Myung Soo’s YouTube channel and discusses her dance. She said she was good at singing as compared to dancing.

She said “I struggled with dancing when I started in my company,” and the lack of confidence was killing her from inside. After a lot of effort and hard work, she has turned herself into a professional dancer and no one can even say that Joy was once underconfident for dancing.
