When she originally appeared on Zee TV’s singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa as a 16-year-old aspiring singer, she had no idea that she would one day reach this level. That small child grew up to be Shreya Ghoshal, the voice of Oo Lala, Chikni Chameli, Aashiyan, and a slew of other hits. She was honoured by elected Members of Parliament in London’s House of Commons, the heart of British politics and centuries of democratic history.
