One of the most powerful and most committed groups of music lovers is the K-pop crowd. Because of their steadfast devotion and support for their preferred celebrities, K-pop fandoms actually rule the industry. Therefore, it is not surprising that K-pop bands and solo artists have a lot of influence, especially the more well-known a band is. When an item runs out of stock or sales increase after their bias is exposed, that is a good illustration of this.

E.X.O. member D.O. demonstrated his culinary skills to the globe during a live broadcast that took place back in 2016. D.O. was observed using a specific brand of doenjang (Korean soybean paste). The doenjang that D.O. used during the live broadcast quickly ran out of supply as a result of fans immediately texting their mothers to use it.

Soon after, Downy rose to the top of Google and Naver’s trending searches, and the product quickly sold out. Even though he was out, Jungkook tweeted to the A.R.M.Y.s that he needed to get fabric softener before it sold out.
