'Gangnam Style' fame PSY's Comeback After 5 Years Long Career Break

Gangnam Style was a hit even before people knew about BTS, BLACKPINK, and other K-pop. The Gangnam Style singer took a break from his career and after 5 long years of waiting, the singer is all set to make his return.

He made the announcement on April 12. His last project was when he released “PSY 8th 4X2=8” the eighth album of his career in 2017. PSY announced that the next record will be released at 6 am on April 29th on their social media handle.

PSY also posted a video of one of his concerts from 2013, predicting that he could produce a hit song in 2022. In this video, he says: “To be honest, I produced ‘Champion’ in 2002, and it took me exactly ten years to produce a song that is more sensational. ‘Gangnam Style’ came out in 2012. I think what I’m trying to say is maybe the next time you hear a song like ‘Gangnam Style’ is 2022“.

Fans are quite excited about his new release and why won’t they be excited. The singer gave us a major hit that to date is in demand. The Gangnam Style dance was the most famous and in-demand dance style back in 2012 and 2013. The video was the first video on YouTube to reach 1 billion views.
