In Gunpo, Gyeonggi, South Korea, Kim Ji-soo was born on January 3, 1995. Through a recruitment process, Kim became a trainee at YG Entertainment in 2011. Along with labelmates from 2NE1 and Winner Kang Seung-Yoon and Sandara Park, Kim appeared in a cameo in the KBS2 drama The Producers in 2015. Kim appeared in a number of commercials that same year for Samsonite, Smart Uniform, LG Electronics, and Nikon opposite actor Lee Min-ho. Jisoo trained for her singing career for five years before joining YG Entertainment as a trainee in August 2011 at the age of 16. She joined BLACKPINK in August 2016 as the group’s lead vocalist and visualizer. Before joining YG as a trainee, she was well-known for her beauty. She had a lovely face and was quite talented, which made her very popular in school. She previously attended the High School for the School of Performing Arts. When her family eventually relocated to Seoul, South Korea, she eventually changed schools.

As a fashion and beauty ambassador for the fashion house, the Blackpink member’s sartorial future is now certain to be heavily laced with Dior. But her new oath of loyalty doesn’t end there. Chiuri was motivated by the musician for her autumn/winter 2021 collection, according to a statement that was made to announce the news of Jisoo’s hiring.
Jisoo’s signatures were seen throughout the show, which was unveiled today during a fictitious Paris Fashion Week.
