Palak Muchhal is one of the most entertaining and talented singers in the Hindi film industry. Not just for her singing, she’s also rated highly all over the country for her philanthropic activities since childhood. Palak has so far supported more than 2200 heart surgeries across all age groups and that certainly deserves a lot of respect.
Not just for heart surgeries, even during the Covid-19 second wave, Palak ensured she helped as many people as possible from her to continue the philanthropic activities since the second wave so far was the worst in India. More often than not, she would be able to save lives. But what about those heartbreaking situations when ultimately, life couldn’t be saved? When Palak was exclusively asked on IWMBuzz about this, she was quoted as saying,
“The second wave so far was the worst we had. Earlier as well, there have been situations where I would probably panic, especially when children were involved. But the difference this time was that despite help reaching many people in terms of hospital beds, oxygen cylinders, etc, ultimately many people couldn’t be saved. I am very emotional. I have cried with family members of people whose lives we couldn’t save despite trying our best. But the situation was such that just immediately after one case, another case would come in. I would get calls all the time and I developed a new motivation in every case to help and save lives. It was very difficult and traumatic and may we never see this again anywhere.”
Kudos to Palak for the unconditional amazing work she has been doing at such a critical time. For more updates, stay tuned to IWMBuzz.com
