All the ARMYs are well aware that among all the BTS members Jungkook is the fittest and the strongest. The youngest member of BTS is a fitness freak and it’s no secret. Jungkook’s abs show how much hard work he puts into the gym.

But unfortunately, there’s no official interview of Jungkook talking about his workout but a year ago he posted a video on Twitter displaying his workout list on his phone. Fans were quick to take a screenshot.

The exercises on the list included

20 Squats
20 Pushups
20 Jump Squats
20 Shoulder exercises
10 plank shoulder blades
20 Mountain climbers
15 burpees
20 crunches

In addition to this, Jungkook also does weight-lifting and boxing. He maintains a healthy diet as well.
