STAYC Performed Red Velvet’s “Psycho” And Revealed Why It Was Special To Them, Know Here

STAYC just covered Red Velvet's 2019 song "Psycho," and Sumin explained why the song was so important to the band!

On the most recent edition of “Weekly Idol,” STAYC demonstrated their dance abilities!

The rookie female group made an appearance on the MBC every1 variety program on September 8th, where they sang their new title tune “STEREOTYPE” and participated in a number of fun activities with the MCs.

STAYC created a dance rendition of Red Velvet’s popular song “Psycho” for the show’s new “Weekly Playlist” feature.

“They played this song for their final monthly review before their debut,” Sumin said when asked why they selected it. “They had a fragment of [their cover] posted elsewhere, but they wanted to display more of it, so they planned this performance for today.”

STAYC made an appearance on Weekly Idol recently, where they discussed their return with “Stereotype” and played a few games with the hosts!

The band did a version of “Psycho” on the broadcast, and they nailed it!

Leader Sumin mentioned that this was the final song they practiced as trainees before making their official debut, and they want to display their hard work to their fans!

It was the final song we performed as trainees before making their debut. They wanted to show us more of it because only a portion of it was uploaded to the internet. As a result, they’ve developed this tune!
