Musician Beabadoobee was raised in the UK but was born in the Philippines. She is a self-taught artist. She spent years perfecting her violin technique before picking up the guitar in her late teens, using YouTube lessons as her teacher. Beabadoobee also gained popularity by doing cover versions of other artists’ songs, which she later uploaded to YouTube. 2018 saw her sign with Dirty Hit Records as a result of this. That same year, she released Lice, her debut EP.

In fact, Beabadoobee released five separate EPs between 2018 and 2019. In the process, she gained popularity from groups like NME and the BRIT Awards, which recognized her as one of the best young artists. Before Beabadoobee released her debut full-length (Fake It Flowers) in 2020, she had already established herself as a household name all over the world. She had already had incredible success earlier that year when she appeared as a feature on Powfu’s song “Death Bed (Coffee for Your Head).” Here are a few of Beabadoobee’s underrated songs that you must listen to.

beabadoobee – 10:36

“10:36,” the second single off the highly anticipated second album by the Gen Z icon Beatopia, is based on fuzzy rock beats and is the ideal anthem for conflicts with loved ones.

Care

A significant advancement in Bea’s musical career is “Care.” It sounds very much like the tracks from Space Cadet, but it’s a lot more polished and sophisticated as if Bea has finally realized what she wants from her music and successfully implemented it.

Fake It Flowers

Fake It Flowers shows Beabadoobee’s growth from her Coffee days, but it is obvious that she still has a long way to go. Despite the album’s occasionally severe subject matter, the straightforward, simplistic lyrics occasionally risk sounding unoriginal.
