BTS, which is also popularly understood as the Bangtan Boys, is a popular South Korean boy band that was created in 2010 and debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment. BTS initially being a hip hop group, their musical genre includes a broad range of musical styles. Their songs and lyrics often concentrate on personal and social commentary and attract on the themes of mental health, loss, the journey towards loving oneself, individualism, and many more.
However, being an Indian army comes with its own set of problems. The common notion of whether they are actually guys or girls is a question for many. Their language, clothes, septets songs are made fun of which often triggers anger being a BTS fan. Another biggest hurdle a BTS fan faces could be no one tries to tolerate their obsession. They are often asked to shut up if they try to show their obsession with BTS and this is often frustrating.
The common dream of attending a BTS concert remains just a dream for many Indian armies and this in fact is a major struggle as these thoughts not only pressure one’s mind but also wallet. The bittersweet struggle all fans go through as fellow ARMY’s is the dream of going to South Korea and meeting the boys as well as experiencing the culture they so proudly talk about is something that all fans dream about.
