Jungkook of BTS surpasses Lisa of BLACKPINK to the top spot on Spotify

Jungkook, a member of BTS, is making waves with his new track Stay Alive (prod. by Suga), which has the most first-week Spotify streams of any K-pop soloist.

On February 18, the popular song, which serves as the theme song for the K-pop group’s webtoon 7 Fates: CHAKHO, spent a week on the platform’s Weekly Global Charts.

The song debuted at number ten on the charts this week, making it the highest-ranking Korean artist’s song.

Stay Alive has gathered a total of 18,807,862 filtered streams, making it the first Korean song to break the 18 million mark after BLACKPINK Rosé’s On The Ground and Lisa’s LALISA.

The Euphoria hitmaker, on the other hand, has left Lisa behind, whose super-hit song garnered 18,455,241 views in its first week.
