The Bhojpuri dancer Sapna Choudhary was on the headlines since she was accused of a cheating case. As of now, the court has proceeded with its hearings and has charged Sapna Choudhary under IPC section 406 and 420.
According to the FIR reported, it states that a programme was organised on October 13 back in 2018. The show was scheduled for 2 to 10 pm. The tickets were sold for 300 per person. Numerous came to the show to witness Sapna Choudhary’s dance on stage, however, when they reached the venue they got to know that the show was cancelled, however, they never got any reimbursement after that.
Since then, there’s been a havoc in the city, with police filed charges against the Bhojpuri dancer. And now the court has put up charges against Sapna Choudhary under IPC Section 406 and 420.
According to reports, Sapna Choudhary along with co-accused Junaid Ahmed, Ivad Ali, Amit Pandey, and Ratnakar Upadhyay were present at the hearing. The court announced December 12 to be the next date of their hearing.
