A big and important update is coming in for all fans and admirers of Taylor Swift.
As per the latest reports in TMZ, Taylor Swift has been hit with a copyright lawsuit by an author who has made claims that the pop singer plagiarized her work. As per reports in Page Six, Swift is being sued for more than USD 1 million by author Teresa La Dart who has now claimed that the singer plagiarized her 2010 self-published book of poetry, ‘Lover,’ for the companion booklet for the 2019 ‘Lover’ album. Teresa reportedly filed the complaint in a Federal court in Tennessee accusing Taylor of plagiarizing her book of ‘poems, tales, and images.’ She further alleged that the color scheme and graphic style used by Taylor are too similar to be a coincidence.
