The young Indo-Canadian origin singer-musician was using her YouTube channel to her fullest potential, before getting spotted by none other than the great A.R Rehman as a great singing potential. And since then, she has never failed to amaze her fans. Be it her YouTube singles or her originals, she has taken a crack at it all and mastered it too.
Her Bollywood break, however, happened with ‘Chennai Express’, and since then the journey has been filled with ups and downs. And now, she is back in the news and the limelight, for having sung the amazing new song from ‘Dream Girl’, titled ‘Dil Ka Telephone’. Jonita was recently present at the biggest Entertainment Web Conclave in the country, titled ‘India Web Fest’ where she was asked on the red carpet about the role of the digital and OTT medium in connecting fans with their favorite performers.
