Filamchi Bhojpuri, the regional movie channel under IN10 Media Network, proudly announces the first-ever Filamchi Music Awards presented by Shyam Steel and co-powered by Adani Wilmar’s Fortune Soyabean Oil. Scheduled to take place on January 28, 2024, at Bapu Sabhagar in Patna, this ground-breaking event commemorates the 60th anniversary of the Bhojpuri film industry celebrated last year.
In an industry-first, Filamchi Music Awards aims to recognize and honour the outstanding contributions of artists and musicians in the Bhojpuri music fraternity. Despite the genre’s widespread popularity, this initiative addresses the longstanding need for acknowledgement and appreciation within the industry.

The musical event promises to be a historic moment as it brings together legendary Hindi playback singers Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik, alongside Bhojpuri celebrities, to share one stage. The award ceremony, hosted by renowned actor Ali Asgar, Sanket Bhosale, and Monalisa (Antara Biswas), will showcase a line-up of artists, including cinema personalities such as Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kishan, Pawan Singh, Dinesh Lal Yadav ‘Nirahua’, Khesari Lal Yadav, Amrapali Dubey, and more.
