In the past, one has seen many controversies erupting because of a popular celebrity posting something derogatory or people fighting with each other. I know so many people who have left social media because of the negativity prevailing on it. We must use social media as a tool to promote positivity.”
RJ Vikrant, who has been the recipient of several awards including the IRFA RJ Of The Year Award, has interviewed several prominent Bollywood celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor, among others. Apart from being a successful RJ, he is known to keep his fans thoroughly engaged through his entertaining and inspiring posts on social media.
Elaborating further on this topic, he says, “As an RJ, I understand the importance of communicating well. Social media rests on the foundation of communication. What and how you express on social media tells a lot about you as a person and the kind of mindset you have. By posting things that are positive, you will not only inspire others but also project yourself well. As human beings, we are taught to be responsible while communicating with people around us. It is important to be responsible while communicating on social media too.”
