One of the longest-running movies of all times Dil Wale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge has no doubt a separate fan base. The movie hit the theatres in October 1995, directed by Aditya Chopra (first directing debut) and starred none other than King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. This movie not only has a great storyline but also has one of the most appreciated soundtracks.
The movie showcased not just a romantic love story but also portrayed basic family values and accomplishing one’s own dreams. Their songs like Zara Sa Jhoom Loon Mein depict the hidden message of how one can be carefree and enjoy life. There are many other songs, specially Mehndi Laga K Rakhna and Tuje Dekha Toh Yeh Jana Sanam hit a different note altogether. And are mandatory add-ons to the list at every wedding ambiance. This movie gave us not only goals but also took us on a rollercoaster ride with their melodious songs.
