Sunghoon of ENHYPEN has a five-year-younger sister named Park Yeji, and he is known for being quite protective of her! He refuses to familiarize her with any of his members, for example. He was questioned if she watches videos of him now that he is a member of ENHYPEN in a previous interview with Reverse Magazine. Sunghoon claimed that his sister “isn’t especially interested” in his profession as an idol, which was surprising. She’d mention it to him now and again, but they don’t talk about it very much, to begin with.
“You seemed like you were extremely close with her, though,” the interviewer said after hearing that. Sunghoon agreed but said that despite their closeness, they “squabble” frequently, which is natural among siblings. They connected as children by frequently playing together. “I feel less like her big brother and more like her friend,” he remarked, despite the fact that he is five years her senior.
