Kumar Danu (Kedarnath Bhattacharya), is a singer who sings not only Hindi but also Bengali songs. Hero Halal(1989) was the first Bollywood song where he had a major role. His voice and his singing style is influenced majorly by Kishore Kumar. For 5 consecutive years, he won the Filmfare award for Best Male Singer from 1990 to 1994, in movies: Saajan (1991),  Deewana (1992),  Baazigar (1993) and 1942: A love story (1994).

1 Dil hai ke manta Nahin, 1991

Directed by Mahesh Bhatt and starred his daughter Pooja Bhatt. It was her first film and had Aamir Khan as the lead. Sung by Anuradha Paudwal, along with co-singer Kumar Sanu.

2 Poocho Zara Poocho and Pardesi Pardesi

Songs from Raja Hindustani start by Aamir Khan. Pardesi Pardesi was a huge hit and was the reason for the movie’s super success.

3 Dil Ne Yeh Kaha Hain Dil Se

From the movie Dhadkan, one of the best romantic movies of all time with many other beautiful soundtracks which had Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, and Shilpa Shetty as leads.
