In today’s industry, the one gem to have outshone all with his vocals is none other than Arijit’s voice. His voice has left us all hooked is an emotion. He has made a name in romantic songs with his soulful voice. He started a trend in the industry with his unforgettable vocals. An industry where it is difficult to make a space without any Godfather, Arijit proved his worth and has made an impact.

Born in a musical family, both his mother and sister were good singers. Arijit got trained at a tender age in classical music. Three sparkles of his life to have sculpted his voice and are given immense credit: Rajendra Prasad Hazari for mentoring him in Indian classical music, Dhirendra Prasad Hazari for table classes, and Birendra Prasad Hazari for his Ravindra sangeet and pop music.

Born on 25 April 1987 in Jiaganj town of Murshidabad district in West Bengal, Arijit at the age of 10 was given a scholarship by the Government for training in Indian Classical Music. Since his budding age, he listened to Mozart, Beethoven, and many Bengali Classical songs. A stepping stone to his career was his participation in reality show Fame Gurukul.

In another show 10 Ke 10 Le Gaye Dil he won, and with that prize money he set up a studio of his own. In one of his interviews, he also claims that he had to undergo tremendous hardship to make a place in the industry.
