Victoria Beckham, despite being famous under her Posh Spice mantra, now seems more into Sporty Spice after holding an athlete’s regime, said a London-based personal trainer Bobby Rich.
Bobby has also mentioned that despite her husband David’s claims that she’s eaten the same meal for 25 years, Victoria’s dynamic lifestyle shows she can still indulge in healthy fats and even liquor.
Bobby insighted us into Victoria’s exercise programme, showing how she has placed focus on keeping her joints fit as she approaches 50. He added, she joins him in the gym five days a week, and even on holidays to maintain her routine through online sessions.
‘My methodology and application towards Victoria’s training is based on my own conditioning programming I used when competing,’ said Bobby Rich.
Regularly Victoria is expected to burn up to 600 calories during her workouts, and the lady keeps at it even after her session is finished. The star is merely two years away from turning 50, and has started to prioritise her joints her workouts. Her trainer Bobby reveals that she focuses on ‘the smaller movements and accessory work.’
The singer is also popularly known for disciplined diet, with hubby David recently claiming she never leaves a dinner, without grilled fish and steamed vegetables. Although, Victoria’s training means now she can indulge in healthy fats such as nuts, avocado and oily fish.
