Andrew Flintoff has been one of the finest and most entertaining cricketers for England in the recent past. Be it for his amazing bowling skills or big-hitting abilities, Flintoff has always been leading from the forefront whenever he’s played for England. For nearly about a decade, Flintoff has been nothing less than an asset for England in both ODI and Test cricket. Even in the early years of T20 cricket, Flintoff has done his best for England or whichever franchise he’s played for in the past.
He’s someone who’s always loved to try new things and that’s why, he’s even tried something like boxing and training as a professional role.
So, what’s the latest update about Andrew ladies and gentlemen? Well, the sad part is that he unfortunately had an accident during Top Gun filming. A spokesperson was quoted as saying by SkySports,
“He has been taken to hospital for further treatment and we will confirm more details in due course.”
He was reportedly driving on the track in normal speed when that happened post which he was airlifted by medics for treatment.
