As per the media reports in NDTV Sports, Pat Cummins has been ruled out of the 2nd Test match in the ongoing Ashes series between England and Australia after he came in close contact with a person who is Covid-19 positive. Reports suggest that Pat has already taken a RT-PCR test, the result of which has come negative. His absence has given Steve Smith to lead the Australian cricket team once again in the Test format.
