Sania Mirza’s last women’s doubles Grand slam match has ended in defeat. Unfortunately, she lost 4-6, 6-4, 2-6 in the second round of Australian Open on Sunday.

For the unversed, Sania and her partner from Kazakhstan aka Anna Danilina seeded 8th and lost to Belgium’s Alison Van Uytvanck and Ukraine’s Angelina Kalinina. The game happened for around 2 hours. Sania has already announced earlier that it was going to be her last season and hence, the result won’t certainly make her fans happy.
