The Commonwealth Games 2022 is in full swing and so far, the Indian contingent has done a phenomenal job. Although most of the medals have so far come in weightlifting, the other sports personalities too have tried their level best when it comes to doing their best when in action. Earlier, Mirabai Chanu won gold and made the entire country proud.
And now, we have some good update coming from wrestling ladies and gentlemen. Bajrang Punia, Sakshi Malik and Deepak Punia won gold for their superlative efforts whereas Anshu Malik won silver.Divya Kakran and Mohit Grewal won bronze for their respective efforts.
On the other hand, as far as table tennis is concerned, we have a sad update as ‘defending champion’ Manika Batra unfortunately crashed out from the tournament during the quarterfinal game in Birmingham. We wish her all the best for her upcoming games in the future.
