This happens after Sushil was reportedly absconding after a non-bailable warrant was issued against his name due to his alleged involvement with the case.
And now, the latest that we hear as per reports in Times Of India is that Sushil has moved an anticipatory bail plea in this case. Reports suggest that the hearing is all set to take place today in Rohini court.
