Team India is currently in red hot form in limited overs crickets and the recent statistics certainly talk highly of the same. If we keep out the series loss against Bangladesh, team India have off-late done quite well in the limited overs format in both T20I as well as ODI. Earlier, India managed to seal a whitewash against Sri Lanka during the ODI series which they won 3-0 and now, they are looking forward to repeating the same heroics in the ODI series against New Zealand.
In the first ODI, batting first, India scored 349/8 at the end of 20 overs. In response, New Zealand scored 337/10 at the end of 49.2 overs.
India beat New Zealand by 12 runs.
