The first Test match between India and South Africa has started on a very positive note for team India.
After batting first, India are currently placed at 272/3 at the end of 90 overs at stumps on Day 1. KL Rahul’s heroic effort of 122* (248) has helped India immensely in achieving that. India were bowled out for 327 and 174 in their 1st and 2nd innings. At present, South Africa are batting in their second innings and are currently placed at 94/4.
South Africa need 211 more runs to win on Day 5.
