Dutee Chand is one of the finest and most talented sprinters in the country. In the past, on many occasions, she had made the country proud at an International level and well, we are super proud of her. While more often than not, we hear good news from her end, this time, it’s a slightly different story.
As per the latest reports in Rediff, Indian sprinter Dutee Chand has tested positive for prohibited substances during an out-of-consumption test. Due to the same, she’s been provisionally suspended.
For the unversed, the urine sample of the athlete who finished second in both the 100m and 200m events at the 2018 Asian Games and is the reigning national 100m champion has returned adverse analytical findings (AAF) for ‘andarine’, ‘ostarine’ and ‘ligandrol’.
