IPL 2020 UAE Edition: Teams want three-day quarantine instead of six, contact-less food delivery

The 2020 edition of the IPL seems to be like never before. Not only has the attention diverted from cricket to the COVID pandemic, but the focus will also remain to ensure no one gets affected by the virus during the ongoing season.

After a lot of waiting, the IPL was finally shifted to the UAE and it’s all set to start from September.

And now, we learn that as far as the rules are concerned, the players have a certain wishlist for themselves.

Yes, that’s right. As per reports, the IPL teams are looking forward to a quarantine period of 3 days in UAE as opposed to the proposed 6 days quarantine period.

Not just that, the team owners are also looking forward to a meeting with the IPL officials regarding the delivery of food from outside hotels in a contact-less way.
