The match 16 of IPL 2020 was a run-fest being played between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Delhi Capitals (DC).

Batting first DC posted a huge total of 228/4. The foundation was laid by some solid batting by P Shaw (66), however, skipper Shreyas Iyer showed some real class as he hammered a brilliant 88 out of 38 balls hitting 6 sixes during the innings.

Chasing the mammoth target, team KKR began with a lot of heart and might. Spirited knocks by N Rana (58), E Morgan (44) and RA Tripathi (36) kept them alive in the chase.

The match went down to the wire with KKR needing 26 runs to win from 6 balls, however, with Stoinis breaking Tripathi’s stumps, it was game over for KKR.
