Batting first, MI posted a handsome total of 191/4. Captain Rohit Sharma showed his class as he played a knock of 70 runs. K Pollard’s brisk 47 ensured entertainment for viewers.
Chasing the score, KXIP looked sluggish right from the beginning. The MI bowling squad put a strong lid on KXIP batters.
