As per the latest reports in Republic World and NDTV Sports, the PBKS and SRH have lodged a verbal complaint with the BCCI after the new Lucknow franchise reportedly approached KL Rahul and Rashid Khan. BCCI reportedly said that they will look into the matter and verify whether it’s true or not.
Not just that, reports in Republic World suggest that the BCCI may ban KL Rahul and Rashid for one year as a part of action if the rules align in that fashion.
Meanwhile, the live updates from IPL retention is currently on by the end of the day, we are all expected to get a confirmed list of retained players by all the franchises. Reports suggest that the new Lucknow franchise is having a keen eye on KL Rahul as their skipper.
