As per the latest reports in NDTV Sports, the BCCI has currently put forward the team selection for the upcoming South African tour on hold. Reports suggest that this has got a lot to do with the new Covid variant that has emerged in South Africa called ‘Omicron’. As of now, the tour is currently on but it will be interesting to see what happens in the near future.
