He’s someone who has managed to keep himself away from controversies for the longest duration but this time, he found his name entangled in unnecessary controversy.
Recently, writer Taslima Nasreen recently took an ‘ISIS’ jibe at Moeen Ali which she later called ‘sarcasm’. The tweet sparked outrage and many other teammates like Jofra Archer and Sam Billings came out in support of him openly.
And now, as per reports in NEWS18, Moeen Ali’s father was quoted as saying,
“I am hurt and shocked.”
