As per the latest media reports in NDTV Sports, Hockey legend Varinder Singh is no more. Reports reveal that he passed away in the wee hours of Tuesday morning. The two-time Olympian was an integral part of Indian victories in the 70s. His stupendous achievements also include a gold medal in the 1975 Men’s Hockey World Cup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
