Some lovely news coming in from the Indian contingent at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
Yesterday, India had a major setback when we heard that six-time champion Mary Kom was knocked round in the pre-quarters stage. However, a lovely positive update the next day.
Debutante Olympic boxer Lovlina Borgohain has confirmed a second medal for India at the Tokyo Olympics 2020 as she stormed into the semi-final by defeating former Chinese world champion Nien-Chin Chen. Lovlina prevailed 4-1 to make the last-four where she will square off against reigning world champion Busenaz Surmeneli of Turkey.
We congratulate Lovlina on the big achievement. For more updates, stay tuned to IWMBuzz.com
