Virat Kohli, India’s skipper, is undoubtedly one of the fittest cricketers on the planet right now. While he spends a lot of time at the gym, he also pays attention to his food to keep fit and healthy. Kohli revealed his mantra for remaining so fit in a recent interview on the YouTube series Breakfast with Champions, which doesn’t just end with putting in the hard yards in training sessions.

When it comes to the most crucial meal of the day, breakfast, Kohli says his day begins with an omelette made up of three egg whites and one whole egg. He serves it with a side of spinach, black pepper, and cheese. Following that, some grilled bacon or smoked salmon is served. Kohli’s fruits usually include papaya, dragon fruit, or watermelon, and he finishes with a large pot of green tea with lemon. That’s how you describe a hearty breakfast.

But that isn’t the case. The captain cool isn’t as filling as his breakfast, and he usually opts for grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, spinach, and vegetables.

Dinner should always be light, according to the physicians, yet Kohli eats a lot of seafood at that time.

Virat has been a fitness trendsetter in the Indian cricket team. He is well-known in the gym for his rigorous workout routine. In the past, the Indian captain has shared images and videos of his training on social media.
