Zinzan Valentine Brooke MNZM (birth- on 14 February 1965) is a former New Zealand rugby association footballer who played at number eight. He has two different siblings who likewise sported rugby at delegate level: Marty, who represented Auckland and Southland; and Robin, who sported lock for Auckland and New Zealand. He is observed as exceptional compared to other rugby players at a time. Zinzan Brooke is considered as the legend of the sport rugby, he has played around 58 matches of the Rugby World cup men’s tournament for his country New Zealand and around 42 of his international matches for the team “All Blacks”. He was the skipper of the team Auckland Blues and led the team to Super 12 championships in the year 1996 and 1997.

He showed utter dominance in Auckland in the National Provincial Championship in the late 1980s and 1990s. He is the player to score 17 tries in his test matches and also held a world record for forwarding. He was also known as the best number 8 to ever play in the All Blacks team. The legend was known for his running and kicking skills which made him agile as a forward attacker. He also recorded a 48-meter length drop goal in a Rugby World Cup match in the year 1995.
