Irfan Pathan and Yusuf Pathan have been one of the most successful brothers in the history of Indian cricket. Recently, Yusuf Pathan turned 40-years-old and to wish him a happy birthday Irfan Pathan took to his instagram and shared a transformation reel feauturing a throwback picture from their early game days and a recent one.
Irfan Pathan while sharing the reel penned, “I Love you then! I love you now! I will love you forever! @yusuf_pathan #brothers #friends”.
In the reel, the two Pathan brothers look like a mirror image of each other, as they posed for a photograph in white Tshirts and colorful track pants. Both, Yusuf and Irfan Pathan looked very lean in their early teens, and they can even be seen holding a ball in his hand.
Irfan Pathan, recently tweeted that he doesn’t think changing the captain is the need of the hour at the moment for India T20I side. Rather, he feels what needs to change is the approach towards the game.
Besides, speaking of the Pathan brothers’ achievements, they both were part of the Indian cricket team which won the 2007 T20 World Cup. Overall, Irfan played 29 Tests, 120 ODIs and 24 T20Is for India. While, Yusuf made his international debut in the final of the 2007 T20 World Cup and went on to play 57 ODIs and 22 T20Is.
