The 35-year-old blonde beauty and active mother of three revealed that she eats healthy and works hard, but she does not really mind the occasional sugary treat or drink. Candice stated it is all about balancing when it comes to food. She likes to eat as healthily and organically as possible, but she has a sweet tooth. If her kids have a bunch of small cookies, they will share, says the mother of 3 kids. On a warm summer day, if her children are having dessert, she will have it as well. Candice enjoys a bottle of wine with her husband, David Warner.

Candice stated that she loves working out at the gym or heading on a jog with a heavy vest on and likes the psychological importance of physical activity. ‘Last year, I was focused on becoming stronger and fitter for SAS Australia, and now it’s just about maintaining the workload I did last year,’ Candice revealed.

Candice now goes for a lot more walks; sometimes she’ll put on a 10kg or 15kg heavy vest and go on a walk, or she’ll just exercise in the gym. For Candice, fitness is more what it will do to her mind than it is what it will do to her body. Candice claims that exercising helps her clear her head and makes her a “better parent and wife.”
