Pusarla Venkata Sindhu who is also professionally known as PV Sindhu is a very famous Indian Professional Badminton player who made her debut as an international player in the year 2009. PV Sindhu has participated in many Tournaments and has also received awards for her performance in Olympics, BWF circuit winning a gold medal in the year 2019 at the world championship. She is also the first woman to gain the title as the Badminton World Champion and also the first woman for her victory as a gold medalist in the Olympics.

She wakes up at 3:30 and begins her daily routine training under her coach Pullela Gopichand. After her workout, she does her breakfast and starts her next training routine at 8:00 am.
