It’s once again the time of the biggest cricketing ‘dhamaka’ in India and ladies and gentlemen, we are talking about the one and only, IPL. Throughout all the 12 seasons of the IPL, innumerable number of cricketers have come and played some fantabulous knocks to entertain the crowd and the fans. But without any iota of doubt, two gentlemen who will always be discussed in the history of IPL for their blistering knocks are Brendon McCullum and Chris Gayle.
While Brendon McCullum set the tone for the IPL with his 158 in the debut match of IPL against RCB in 2008, Gayle hammered Pune Warriors India and ruptured their chances of a semi final spot by hitting a super fast 175.
