Harry Kane
Harry Kane is the only player who can challenge Robert Lewandowski for the title of top striker in the world right now. Kane is an all-around striker. He’s a great goal scorer and a great creator. Over the years, the England captain has put in incredible performances for both club and country. Last season was, without a doubt, his best.
Luke Shaw
However, the 26-year-old was able to rehabilitate and return to the first-team fold. However, the player’s then-manager, Jose Mourinho, was not a big fan of him and frequently criticized his performances. The advent of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer changed Luke Shaw’s prospects. He has now established himself as Manchester United’s first-choice left-back. He was named Manchester United Players’ Player of the Year for his efforts last season.
Harry Maguire
Harry Maguire is currently one of England’s best center-backs. However, when Manchester United bought him for £78.3 million from Leicester City, it raised some suspicions. Maguire became the most expensive center-back in the world as a result of this. The England international, on the other hand, has not disappointed.
Jack Grealish
During the first few weeks of the summer transfer window, Jack Grealish was the talk of the town. That’s because he joined Manchester City for a club-record fee of roughly £106 million from Aston Villa. Last season, Grealish was one of the greatest players in the Premier League. The England international can play on the wings or as a no.10 and is a terrific dribbler and playmaker. He is currently one of the most experienced players in the English Premier League.
Mason Mount
Chelsea was chastised once again this summer for selling some of its most promising academy graduates. Fikayo Tomori and Tammy Abraham were on their way to make a lot of money. Fans are understandably angry over the Blues’ decision to sell their young players. Mason Mount, Reece James, and Trevoh Chalobah, on the other hand, are examples that the club does give minutes to academy graduates.
Mount, in particular, is a true celebrity. For both club and country, the England international is now a significant first-team player. He is a smart and technically gifted midfielder who can play in the middle and farther forward. For his efforts during the 2020-21 season, the 22-year-old rightly received Chelsea Player of the Year.
